News/Retail – Eletrolar News 134 – Free software for POS with integrated electronic payment
Kikker – a new fintech startup that starts its operations in Brazil with the launch of a free app for point of sale management, with an integrated electronic payment system– is aimed for all kinds of stores, services professionals and quick-food gastronomic stores. The system is extremely intuitive and can be quickly installed and configured.
It offers an integrated payment to the user, with the use of four products: iPAd, app, printer and payment terminal. The fintech, which has a partnership with Apple, created an app that centralizes and manages information from a store, such as stock and received payments. Officially certified as an Apple Mobility Partner for LATAM, Kikker follows high quality standards.
The utilization kit initial cost is BRL 3,600.00 and includes iPad, support base, pinpad, thermal printer for receipts and a five-port switch with a 12-month warranty via Ingram Micro. Its differential is to offer a free platform, with no monthly fees or annual costs.
“Kikker increases business’s effectiveness, simplifies the operation and reduces costs. With the system, it’s possible to follow the sales in real time, to modify the products in scale or create promotions. It’s the most complete POS system in the market, without any costs and rates similar to those of the traditional machines for transaction with debit and credit cards,” says Kikker’s CEO, Sebastian Alliani.
The first sector to be served by the software is the one of quick-service gastronomy, with launches for other segments in the next three months. The company’s expectations, according to the CEO, is to achieve 150 thousand clients in the next two years.
