Arenas tuned-in with the market
The 2022 Eletrolar Show will have three interactive and experimentation spaces with new technologies. The areas will be destined to current products that register high sales and which, due to the pandemic, accelerated their development. It’s a one-way street, experts say, considering that consumers want greater security, leisure at home, and greater freedom to move around the city. Discover the new spaces:
Casa Conectada (Connected House) – It is the dream of 80% of Brazilians. Therefore, the market registers sales growth. The automation sector should move US$ 291 million in Brazil in 2021, an increase of 21% compared to 2020. Worldwide, the expectation is US$ 100 billion. That’s more than 25 billion devices connected to the Internet of Things (IoT).
Arena Gamer (Gamer Arena) – The innovative launches of the category, which is the best seller, can be tried out. In January and February 2021, video game console sales grew 27% compared to the same period in 2020. The game market in Brazil is expected to reach US$ 2.3 billion in 2021. Numbers do show the potential of these products.
Arena de Mobilidade Urbana (Urban Mobility arena) – Products and solutions for cities. The freedom to come and go on two wheels motivates this booming market. Today, Brazil produces 2.5 billion bicycles per year and 961,000 units of motorcycles. In the first two months of 2021, bicycle sales grew 10% in units and 54% in sales compared to 2020.
Reverse Logistics – A debate on reverse logistics will be held in the event’s auditorium, an initiative of Eletrolar Show and the São Paulo City Environment Secretariat. Admission is free.
