E-COMMERCE ARENA: COMPLETE SOLUTIONS FOR INDUSTRY AND RETAIL
Created 11 years ago, Infracommerce has become the largest digital commerce agnostic ecosystem in Latin America. Brands and retailers can use it fully or modularly. At the 16th Eletrolar Show, E-Commerce Arena, a partnership between Infracommerce and Wake, a digital agency, featured lectures on e-commerce trends for the home appliance segment and efficiency in logistics operations, among other topics. Business cases were also presented.
A pioneer in full commerce, Infracommerce serves the B2B and B2C markets and offers complete support for companies that want to digitalize. “We have expertise in the world of electronics, we maintain dialogue with manufacturers so that they understand that e-commerce is an important channel. We enable the customer’s brand, from pre-click to post-click”, said Carlos Alves Moore, head of marketing at Infracommerce.
Customers are often worried about getting into e-commerce. However, today, there are already effective ways to practice multichannel. An example is integrating the retailer into the supply chain. “The biggest benefit is the infinite shelf,” said Carlos. For smaller items, companies can purchase from a B2B site, which streamlines the process and reduces costs.
At the fair, Infracommerce showed all its fronts: logistics, data, digital agency (which is a sales engine, as it generates traffic to the store), platform, technology and means of payment. The company has 10 distribution centers in eight states, 37 approved carriers and cross border logistics (between countries). “We brought a new interaction perspective, showing e-commerce sales without conflict with retail. Full commerce provides gains in agility and tangible savings,” said the head of marketing.
