AFTER-SALES GROWS 1.98% IN SERVICE
Abrasa maintains the sector’s sustainability perspective for the end of the 2023 financial year, considering new businesses and partnerships under development in the evolution and improvement of delivery service work, digital communication on the website and social networks to provide better experiences and conveniences to your customers. But our members still face difficulties in the face of rising operating costs, which are well above the amounts they are paid in the average ticket by manufacturers and service insurers, for extended warranty insurance.
Among the factors that prevent countless budget approvals and repair services is the price of the parts to be exchanged, degraded by the taxes charged. However, in the country’s current economic situation, given the prices of new products and the high interest rates charged on financing, consumers seek after-sales services more frequently when they need to repair items that are already outside the factory warranty or of the extended warranty.
Despite the problems, the association recorded significant growth, around 1.98%, in the number of service orders in the third quarter of 2023 compared to the same period last year. It is a significant evolution, but it is important to remember that, to this end, constant adverse climate changes contributed, which unfortunately caused numerous incidents and damage to the population.
