ABRASA: Resilience of 2020 is the basis for new iniviatives in 2021
Since resilience is the individual’s ability to cope with problems, adapt to change and resist the pressure of adverse situations, Abrasa chose this path in 2020. It did not measure efforts to develop new and differentiated actions to entrepreneurs of the national network of technical assistance in electronics. The goal was to show the way and guide the chain to offer the best experiences to its customers.
Among the actions, it is worth mentioning the operating authorization, professional technical, digital and relationship training, delivery service and home office repairs. All were extremely important for the significant growth of the category during the pandemic, so much so that the services provided are expected to increase by 4.2% in 2020 compared to 2019.
We customize operations and break paradigms to provide more services to technical assistance and the consumer.
With the new normal, we will contemplate other factors, such as the differentiation between the products, ways of negotiation, valuation of the work done, increase of confidence between the parties and the achievement of a greater number of partnerships. The path taken, the effort and the challenges take us back to the French poet, playwright and filmmaker Jean Maurice Eugène Clement Cocteau, who left us in his writings a phrase that deserves reflection: “He didn’t know it was impossible. He went there and did it”. So, acted Abrasa, who wishes everyone a 2021 infinitely better than 2020.
