Increasing Awareness and Environmental Education on the Recycling of Electronics and Appliances is the Plan for 2025

With the arrival of 2025, ABREE looks back at 2024 to reflect on lessons learned and set expectations for the future. Thus, we have defined that one of the most important steps toward further consolidating our work is to expand our role in awareness and environmental education focused on the recycling of these devices. Our goal is to strengthen our position as a national reference in the sector, working continuously on these aspects. After all, these factors play a crucial role in the reverse logistics process, considering that it begins with the proper disposal of post-consumer household products.
With a multifaceted approach, we are always striving to advance the promotion of informal educational activities for children and adolescents. As part of our 2025 initiatives, we will work to engage residents of cities where ABREE will conduct traveling campaigns, raising awareness about proper disposal and encouraging behavioral change. At the same time, we will enhance our digital presence, using the association’s social media platforms as a strategic tool to broaden the reach of our message.
Another key focus will be the engagement of strategic partners who can amplify our actions and contribute to building and solidifying this environmental cause. In this way, we seek to reinforce our role and impact, strengthening our current associates while attracting new partners to increase positive results and enhance the chances of a healthier environment. All of these initiatives will be carried out in full compliance with current regulatory requirements, ensuring transparency and alignment with industry standards.
