Review of 2024, Prospects for 2025, and the Mission of Our ICT Ecosystem

Executive President of the Brazilian Association of Information Technology Distribution (ABRADISTI)
In 2024, important companies confirmed their membership further strengthening our role as the voice of the ICT sector in Brazil. This institutional progress reinforces our mission to defend common interests, drive business development, and promote the sustainable growth of the sector.
We devoted special attention to our Working Groups (GTs), particularly the Taxation GT, which played a leading role in the debate on tax reform — with its first stage in effect since January 2025. Our role was to bring visibility to discussions, share information, and stress the urgency of this issue.
In the people management sector, we expanded the DesenvolveRH program, which trains HR leaders and other professionals from our member companies, boosting competitiveness and innovation in the distribution chain.
Another major milestone was the launch of Mkt + IAgen, a training program in Generative Artificial Intelligence, developed with experts from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). This initiative keeps our members up to date on technology trends at a time when AI is emerging as a strategic business driver. We also reinforced our presence at major industry events, such as the Eletrolar Show.
Despite a challenging economic landscape, the ICT sector demonstrated resilience and strong performance. We believe that 2025 studies will confirm double-digit growth in distribution revenue for 2024, a remarkable achievement given global condition. We remain committed to improving the IT distribution ecosystem in Brazil, working side by side with our members and partners.
