IMPORTANCE OF THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY IN REVERSE LOGISTICS OF ELETRONIC DEVICES AFTER-SALES SERVICE

The board of directors of ABRASA congratulates the organizers of the 17th Eletrolar Show for the success of the fair. It was an excellent opportunity to prospect new business opportunities with manufacturers, distributors and importers and to present our expertise in providing consulting services, development and implementation of new projects in the management of the national electronics after-sales network, enabling the integration of the circular economy in reverse logistics.

We would like to thank our partners, WG & Associados – Consultoria, BBL – Consultoria (financial management) and SIS – Solutions (network management), and our employees Eduardo Silva Carvalho (Play Tech), José Roberto (GAP), Luiz Duarte (Eletrônica River-RJ), Norberto Mensório (Panafax), Robson Rodrigues and Sergio Duso.

Data from the first half of 2024 indicate a 0.21% growth in the number of OS (Service Orders) compared to 2023. ABRASA, however, has been developing partnerships and tools to attract and direct customers to the premium network, which has a qualified service profile, emphasizing the aspects of environmental sustainability and the circular economy in the after-sales services offered by region, brand and product line.
