Platform brings small retailers closer to industry
A new business platform is being launched during the 17th edition of Eletrolar Show 2024, bringing together small and medium-sized retailers to buy directly from the industry. During the event, which began on July 15 and runs until July 18 at the Transamerica Expo Center in São Paulo, visitors will be able to learn more about Eletrocompras, a marketplace that brings the two ends closer together, ensuring more competitiveness for points of sale. Together, small and medium-sized businesses have access to a huge shelf of products from suppliers in various categories, making their business more profitable.
The platform, which can be accessed at https: www.eletrocompras.com , was visited by 600 buyers from chains outside São Paulo and Latin America who came to visit the largest electronics fair. In Brazil alone, small and medium-sized retailers already represent more than 30,000 points of sale. The event organizers also pre-scheduled meetings to optimize professionals’ time during the fair, which has already become a showcase for trends not only in consumer electronics but also in games, home security, lighting, accessories, furniture and decoration.
The event – which brings together more than 700 exhibitors, 1,500 brands and 12,000 products – also wants to become a space for debate and the exchange of information between experts, manufacturers, consumers and, now, small and medium-sized retailers, enriching knowledge about the market and its developments.
