Technical assistance, the SOS of electronics after-sales
All electronic equipment requires maintenance, since its components are not eternal and at some point, they may have a problem. Despite the difficult times we’re going through with rising taxes, inputs, rent, electricity, water, fuel, spare parts and, in many cases, the lack of financial conditions for consumers to exchange their product for a new one, the technical assistance chain has been an SOS for them.
These are the technical assistance service providers who recover the defective product or may even, in certain cases, accept it as a down payment in exchange for a reconditioned used device. In the first quarter of this year, we saw an increase in the number of calls with Service Order approvals.
Aimed at the good of consumers, in 2024 Abrasa will work with its registered technical assistance providers networks for white and brown line, small appliances, digital, IT and telephony devices. The aim is to develop actions to exchange information on the communications networks of various brands, making it possible to swap, exchange and even sell reconditioned appliances in its authorized network.
